Yes Yes, I’m proud to unveil a new night for the serious music headz in Newbury.

From Thursday 1st July we will be running Critical State at Avenue nightclub every thursday night from 9pm – 1am. Entry is free and the beer will be free flowing. Each week we will be bringing you something a bit different, but keeping with the urban sound, so it could be Hip Hop, Garage, Bassline, Breakbeat, Dubstep, Hardcore, Jungle or Drum and Bass. We will also be trawling the local area for the best up and coming talent, and already have a diverse roster of guest DJ’s booked to come down.

We’re kicking things off with an evening of Drum and Bass this Thursday.

Residents SDM & DJ Magma will kick proceedings off, with DJ MXL and another special guest to top off the bill.

Gonna be heavy, so from here on in your weekend starts on a thursday night!
