Mike Starr the bassist for Seattle grunge-stompers Alice In Chains has been found dead today. He left the band shirtly after they release the seminal ‘Dirt’ LP back in like ’92 or ’93.

The singer, Layne Staley died back in 2002 of a drug related overdose. It’s not yet been reported as what the cause of death was for the bassist, although given his track record, drugs are likely to be involved….
