After spending ££££ on an expensive Rane mixer and finding a fault it turns out getting support is very difficult indeed. If you are able to find the telephone number for Rane UK, the recorded message tells you to visit the above non-existant web page. Pretty fucking useful. The telephone number doesn’t get answered and eventually after about 99 rings puts you through to a voicemail box. My Rane account on Rane.com has gone – like just gone – I login and it says my credentials aren’t recognized. InMusic account doesn’t contain my Rane hardware, all in all its a complete shitshow.

As it stands my 72 is fucked, keeps crashing and my current thinking is firing out of a fucking cannon at the Rane UK HQ. (incidentally its in Aldershot lol, predicting another – far bigger riot there)..

And here’s the rane.com/support page 404 – If you google Rane Support – this is the page where Rane says you can get support.

Considering how expensive their products are it is very upsetting to experience the complete lack of care they have for previous customers.

So – next steps: head to the Rane HQ in Aldershot tomorrow morning.
